It's hard to believe that week 2 of the Mother's Day Countdown 2026, hosted by Julie and Harry of Blue Morning Expressions on their Buy Handmade from Makers blog came and went so quickly.  A total of 33 unique items from 11 talented artists were shared - each beauty a perfect Mother’s Day gift!  Since Mother's Day will be here before you know it - on May 10th - this is the perfect time to start thinking about and buying a gift(s) for your mom, grandmother, aunties and other loves ones.  Browse all the wonderful handmade shares for Week 2 of the Countdown, visit the shops of the artists featured and buy your Mom a beauty that was handmade / designed from the heart.  Many of the items are one of a kind designs.  This year, please support small Indie shops!  Shop Small! Valentines Day Gifts: Artisan Handmade or Designed - 2026

Welcome to the Valentine's Day 2026 promo!  This Valentine's promo will help build those all important back links to your shop.  It's a bit different from most of the Countdowns we all have done.  We'll be concentrating on only 4 items from each participant.  Items don't necessarily have to be hearts and cupids and things like that.  They can also be items in pink, red . . . . or whatever you think will be a great Valentine's gift.  Be sure to choose 4 favorite items that you really, really, really want to establish a lot of back links to so they can be found more easily on Google once the Valentine's rush is on.
