White quartz with pyrite, pyrite nuggets and sterling silver are the gorgeous elements that make up this elegant, handmade, one of a kind necklace, TREASURE OF THE SIERRA MADRE. White quartz is often the carrier of gold and/or pyrite (fools gold). Take a look at the close-up photos of this necklace and you will see just how beautiful the white quartz with pyrite is. The quartz has pyrite bands and splotches running through each stone - very eye catching! To highlight the white quartz with pyrite and to provide interesting texture, natural pyrite nuggets were used. Such a warm, shiny, golden color. Sterling silver 4mm beads separate each element in TREASURE OF THE SIERRA MADRE. To finish this incredible necklace, a hammered sterling silver s-clasp set was used.
