The meaningful WOOF! handmade earrings are perfect for anybody who adores their dog, especially if their sweetie is a rescue. One of a kind earrings, they feature artisan made copper dangles and two luscious colors of faceted Czech glass. The highlight of the dog rescue earrings are the oh-so-fun copper woof rectangle charms. The charms were individually artisan handmade from beginning to end from copper precious metal clay. Each slightly curved dangle was imprinted with a single word, “woof,” that is recessed from the background. To add an antiqued look, the dangles were heated with a butane torch to bring out the rich patina of the copper. They were then tumble polished leaving a darker patina in the recessed letters. The back of each dangle is slightly textured.

To add exquisite beauty to the earrings design, two luxurious colors and shapes of Czech glass beads were stacked above the woof dangles. The larger rondelle-shaped bead was made from shimmering aqua opal glass that positively glows in the light. An earthy brownish tan Picasso finish coats both ends of the beads for a somewhat rustic look. Above the aqua opal bead, separated by a copper disc spacer, is a translucent Czech glass bead in a juicy color called opal pink rosewood. It also glows magnificently in the light when the earrings are worn. A copper disc spacer and a 3 mm copper bead caps the round opal pink bead. Since both Czech glass beads are faceted, they provide wonderful sparkle to the earrings. Sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents finish the beauties.
