The meaningful, eye catching pendant used as the focal of the NOT ALL WHO WANDER handmade necklace was inspired by a J. R. R. Tolkien poem in his epic The Lord of the Rings trilogy. The artisan made pendant was created from turquoise blue polymer clay. The quote was stamped into the clay and the letters were painted a very dark brown so they are easily read. A spray of green leaves, a symbol of growth and new beginnings, can be found arched at the bottom of the pendant. In the upper right hand corner, a medium blue spiral, representing the circle of life, can be found. Even though polymer clay is light in weight, it is a very strong substance and will withstand many, many years of wear.

To perfectly complement the “Not All Who Wander are Lost” pendant, shimmering white mother of pearl nuggets were used, each nugget a different size and shape. When the necklace is worn, the mother of pearl nuggets positively glow as the angle of light changes. Adding sparkle to the design, faceted Czech glass rondelles i shades of amber, turquoise and sky blue were used. Sterling silver beads and a patterned sterling silver toggle clasp finishes the beautiful necklace.
