These fun handmade earrings really brighten up the day! Created with hand carved bone sun charms, brown lip shell accents and sterling silver, the HERE COMES THE SUN earrings have the look of larger dangle earrings without the weight. And, as you can see in the photos, the carving is superb with a sun face and with cup and saucer designs on each ray. The carved areas have been accented with a brown dye to bring out the features. The sun charms were care fully wire wrapped with sterling silver wire onto black pen shell heishe. The black pen shell complements the color of the dyed areas wonderfully. Sterling silver 2 mm beads frame the top and bottom of the heishe. The wire wrapped loop at the top of the black lip shell was connected to sterling silver French hook earwires for a lovely finish.
