Aqua Bird and Pink Flowers Earrings, Polymer Clay Swarovski Crystals Handmade Jewelry

Fun and whimsical, the PAJARO earrings will be a lovely gift of jewelry for the woman who exotic adores birds or is a birder. The handmade earrings feature artisan polymer clay ovals with a pearlescent finish. Permanently transferred onto the ovals are an image of a bluish green bird perched on a branch next to a pink flower that was based on an antique Meiji era Japanese image. Despite the ovals being 35 mm (1.5”) long, they are very light in weight due to being made from polymer clay. The ovals were carefully wire wrapped onto sterling silver wire

To highlight the colors of the bird and flower, two colors and shapes of Swarovski crystals were stacked above the bird ovals. Just above the ovals are faceted 6 mm Swarovski crystal rounds in a lovely pink “rose” color. The sparkling rounds are capped at the top and bottom with sterling silver daisy spacers. Above the pink crystals are are 4 mm faceted bicones in a rich blue green color called indicolite. A single 2 mm sterling bead rests on the bicone. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the PAJARO earrings are light, fun and flirty to wear.
