The absolutely beautiful INCAN DREAMS handmade earrings are designed with pink and gray rhodochrosite, gray Keshi pearls and sterling silver. The color and banding in the rhodochrosite is amazing! Several shades of pink run throughout the stone along with swirls of gray causing a landscape pattern effect. Beautiful gray Keshi pearls are stacked on top of the rhodochrosite, separated by sterling silver daisy spacers. The pearls have bits of pink in their sheen which is beautifully paired with the rhodochrosite. The main body of the INCAN DREAMS earrings are wire wrapped to sterling silver earwires.
Incas believed that rhodochrosite is the blood of their former rulers, turned to stone. It is sometimes called "Rosa del Inca" or "Incan Rose". Rhodochrosite is said to be a comforting stone in times of stress. Pearls are said to spread loving vibrations.
