ON THE FOREST PATH is a magical, handmade necklace! The one-of-a-kind, handmade tree pendant, made from polymer clay by Michele of Gabriel Studios, is absolutely breathtaking. Michele transferred her own original artwork onto the pendant and then texturized and hand-colored the clay before "cooking" it. This pendant is even signed on the back. It reminds me of an ancient relic that has been found during an archaeological dig. To highlight the pendant iare green tourmilated quartz puffy rectangles - a light, luscious, mossy shade of green. The dark rutiles in the quartz reminds me of twigs and moss that might be found on the tree in the pendant. Top-drilled freshwater pearls were added to bring out the brown shades of the pendant. Sterling silver daisy spacers and 2mm sterling silver beads have been liberally used with the tourmilated quartz and pearls. To finish this beauty, a Thai Hill tribes fine silver handmade hook clasp and a 2" sterling silver extender chain have been used. A pearl dangle was wire-wrapped onto the end of the extender chain.
