Do you long for the Desert Southwest? Is it in your imagination, in your blood? If so, you will absolutely love the FLUTE DANCER necklace with double Kokopelli figures. Images of Kokopelli, a Southwest, humpbacked flute player, can be found today on a wide range of handmade items, such as this stunning FLUTE DANCER necklace. But the mythical figure dates back over 3000 years when the first Anasazi Kokopelli petroglyphs were carved into rock faces and painted onto pottery in the Desert Southwest. This one of a kind necklace definitely has an ancient air with the rustic feel ceramic pendant, that features two Kokopellis and other Southwestern symbols. To complement the artisan pendant, aqua terra jasper, in colors of aqua and brown, and copper were used. The FLUTE DANCER necklace was carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs for the woman who appreciates unique jewelry.
