The one of a kind DRAGONFLY RISING pendant necklace is breathtaking, jewelry filled with wonderful symbolism. The handmade necklace features a ceramic dragonfly and lotus pendant, lotus flowers, multi-colored tigers eye gemstones and copper. The oval-shaped ceramic pendant was artisan made with a design of a dragonfly rising from a lotus flower. Another flower is found under its left wings. The high gloss ceramic glaze is a combination of earthy browns and rich teal green. The back side is also glazed and is somewhat concave. Perfectly complementing the dragonfly and lotus pendant are tigers eye gemstones in three colors: golden tigers eye, red tigers eye and blue tigers eye (the last two rarer forms of the gemstone). The gemstones are arranged in the same color groups of four, each group separated by a pure copper bead. A copper toggle clasp set with decorative granulation finishes the unique necklace. Dragonflies and lotus flowers have long been symbols of personal transformation, overcoming adversity and being able to rise from the darkness of ignorance to the light of wisdom. Dragonflies undergo a dramatic metamorphosis from aquatic nymphs to airborne adults; lotus flowers emerge from murky waters unblemished as beautiful flowers. Tigers eye is believed to give the wearer strength, courage and protection against evil. Copper is said to allow the wearer to recognize barriers in the path of personal development.

The one of a kind DRAGONFLY RISING artisan necklace carefully designed and handmade in a dog friendly, smoke free studio. The necklace will come with two informational drop tags: one with the piece's name; the other lists the materials used in the necklace and the language of the stones and metals.
