Filled with spiritual meaning, the NOBLE PATH handmade earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves symbolic jewelry. The earrings feature artisan rustic pewter noble eightfold path / wheel of life charms, red coral, red white heart beads and sterling silver. The unique charms were individually artisan hand cast from lead free Britannia pewter. They are a rustic wheel design (signifying the circle of life) with eight dots encircling a larger dot in the middle. The dots are a simplified version of the Noble Eightfold Path found in Buddhism. Given a dark patina, the wheel charms were polished to bring out the shine of the raised dots. The backs of the charms are smooth. To add even more symbolism, red (representing the life force and preservation) beads were added above the eightfold path charms. A rich red coral disc is found above each charm. A red white heart glass bead are on top separated by a patinated sterling silver daisy spacer. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the unique earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the meaningful NOBLE PATH earrings were created for the woman who adores emblematic jewelry with a story to tell!

Wheels are an age-old symbol for the circle of life and infinity. The eight dots represent the Noble Eightfold Path which represents: right view, right resolve, right speech, right conduct, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness and right union. Pewter is believed to be very grounding, bringing the wearer back to reality. Red Coral is said to calm life, to restore harmony in the event of an emotional conflict. Although man made, glass is said to carry the energies of transformation, rebirth and communication. Silver is a metal of love and healing; it is a mirror to the soul, helping us to see ourselves as others see us.

The one of a kind NOBLE PATH earrings were carefully designed and handmade in a dog friendly, smoke free studio. They will be carefully packed in an organza jewelry bag with tissue, perfect for gift giving to a loved one . . . or to yourself!
