Wondrous handmade jewelry for the beach lover or the woman who treasures unique shells, the BEACHY BEAUTIFUL earrings are definitely well named! The lightweight, one of a kind earrings were created with eye-catching heart cockle shells, sparkling blue Swarovski crystals and gleaming sterling silver (which is much shinier than the photos show). Heart-shaped cockle shells are found in the Indo-Pacific waters and have a beautifully intricate pattern created from the shell’s growth rings. A shimmering, metallic-like coating was added to bring out the charm of the white shells. They radiate such beauty! Since the heart cockle shells are natural, they are very similar in shape but also a bit different.
To continue the beach theme and to add spectacular sparkle, two sizes of faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were stacked above the heart cockle shells. The color is a serene ocean blue called “aquamarine,” perfect with the shells. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the unique design. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the BEACHY BEAUTIFUL heart cockle shell earrings are a delightful gift for the woman who has a huge dose of beach babe in her!
