Harmonious-feeling jewelry with a boho flair, the one of a kind PEACE DOVES earrings are meaningful beauties and are a perfect gift for the woman who promotes peace in her life. The handmade earrings feature rustic ceramic doves of peace dangles, glowing Czech glass Saturn beads, pewter bead caps and sterling silver. Individually artisan made, the bird charms were created from black ceramic with a shiny turquoise glaze. The soothing design is raised: each with a flying dove holding an olive branch, a symbol in many cultures and religions of love and peace. As you can see, the ceramic charms are rustic, especially along the edges, giving them a worn, vintage look. The backs of the dangles were left as unglazed black ceramic. Because the dove charms were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but also a bit different.
Above the peace dove charms are translucent Saturn-shaped Czech glass beads in a lovely aqua color. The Saturn beads have crisp faceted around the middle, adding subtle sparkle, and there is a metallic silver wash on the upper and lower parts. Leafy pewter bead caps are found on the top and bottom of the glass beads adding even more eye appeal. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the gorgeous earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the PEACE DOVES earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves boho, peace inspired jewelry.
