Aqua Blue Lampwork Earrings, Purple Green Crystals Handmade Jewelry

Looking like they are gems plucked from the bottom of a cool, clear spring-fed pond bordered by blue iris, pickerelweed and other flowering beauties, the LIFE AQUATIC handmade earrings are gorgeously water inspired. Jewelry for the woman who loves one of a kind designs, the glowing earrings feature individually artisan made lampwork glass beads, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The lampwork beads started out as clear glass. While still in their molten stage, aqua, green, blue and purple glass frit was added to give a wonderful speckled aquatic look. Since the lampwork glass beads are translucent, they glow beautifully when the earrings are worn (see photos #2 and #7). As you can tell from the photos, the high gloss earrings are similar but also different due to their handmade nature. Sterling silver daisy spacers cap the top and bottom of each glass bead.
Complementing the lampwork beads perfectly and adding amazing sparkle, two sizes of faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were stacked above the glass beads. The color is called ”light turquoise.” The larger Swarovski crystal is on the bottom separated from the smaller crystal by a sterling silver bead. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the lovely earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the LIFE AQUATIC earrings are a delightful gift for the woman who loves wearing one of a kind, water-inspired jewelry!
