The one of a kind CRESCENT MOONS are a perfect handmade jewelry gift for the moon lover in your life! Featuring artisan rustic crescent moon dangles, the unique earrings also have druzy crystal gemstones and sterling silver. The rustic crescent moon charms were individually hand cast from lead / nickel free fine pewter and are purposely not exactly the same. A single crescent moon is found at the top of each dangle with a series of abstract curved lines below. To add an aged look, the charms were given an antiqued finish and then polished so the raised areas shine. The back side of the dangles is slightly textured and antiqued..

Looking like a full moon themselves, a druzy crystal gemstone is found above each dangle. Druzy is composed of “micro-crystals” that slowly formed over the course of millions of years on rock fracture surfaces, in vein fractures or geodes. These druzies have a very shiny permanent silver titanium coating (you can see my silhouette). Each druzy round was chosen for their sparkling crystal inclusions and “craters,” each a geological original. Sterling silver ball end hook earwires finish the one of a kind earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the CRESCENT MOONS earrings were created for the woman who loves celestial jewelry and who is always looking up at the night sky!
