Filled with a rainbow of colors, the VIVACIOUS handmade earrings are a fun, eye-catching jewelry gift for the woman with a boho soul! The one of a kind earrings feature colorful mokume gane polymer clay dangles, three types of Czech glass beads and sterling silver. Individually handmade, the two-sided dangles were individually artisan made from polymer clay in the mokume gane style. Developed in the 17th century, mokume gane is a traditional Japanese mixed-metal procedure that forms distinctive layered patterns. Polymer clay artists have adapted the technique to create intricate designs. The dangles are a riot of different colors and sizes of rectangles, and true to mokume gane, each side of each dangle is different. As an added bonus, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.

Accenting the mokume gane dangles perfectly are colorful Czech glass beads. First are lightly frosted translucent aqua blue Czech glass rounds that glow beautifully when the earrings are worn. Above each glass round are two coral red Czech discs with a light metallic silver sheen. A faceted silver Czech glass bead sits on top of each disc and is also found on each sterling silver French hook earwire. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the unique VIVACIOUS earrings were created for the boho woman who loves one of a kind lightweight jewelry that is definitely a conversation starter!
