Item Description
The one of a kind HEARTS OF THE NIGHT SKY handmade earrings are eye-catching with their unique beauty. Jewelry that can be worn all year long - not just for Valentine’s Day - the long earrings feature artisan enamel heart dangles, faceted blue beads, copper and sterling silver. Fused at high heat, the heart-shaped charms were created with copper blanks layered with shades of blue glass powders and silver glass frit (to represent the stars). The back of each heart charm is finished with shiny black enamel. Adding extra eye appeal, the hearts hang at an angle. Since the hearts were individually artisan made, they are similar but also a bit different. ***Please note: even though the enamel charms are very durable, they are glass fused to copper. If a charm is dropped on a hard surface, the glass can crack or or chip.
To add sparkle to the earrings design and to perfectly highlight the colors of the hearts, a faceted, medium blue round Czech glass bead was used. The blue glass is translucent adding a wonderful glow when the earrings are worn. Sterling silver French hook earwires with a corrugated copper bead accent finish the earrings.
