Turquoise Magnesite Coin Earrings, Sterling Handmade Gemstone Jewelry

Item Description

If you love the color of turquoise, the beautiful DREAMING handmade earrings are for you!  Perfect for dress up or dress down, the earrings feature coin shaped turquoise magnesite gemstones and sterling silver.  In its raw form, magnesite is usually an off white color.  Since it is a porous gemstone, magnesite is frequently dyed, turquoise being a favorite color.  The glossy two-sided coins used in the unique earrings are dyed a lovely sky blue that is interspersed with natural brown matrix. The matrix patterning on each side of the gemstones is different.  Since the turquoise magnesite coins are two-sided, the earrings look wonderful from any angle.
 
Keeping the dreamy design simple but also providing lots of movement, two sterling silver rings attach the turquoise magnesite to the earwires.  Larger jump rings connect to smaller closed rings.  The smaller rings connect to sterling silver ball end earwires for a perfect finish.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the DREAMING gemstone earrings were created for the woman who adores the color turquoise and one of a kind artisan jewelry!
