Item Description

Named after the many flowers that have a star petal look, the one of a STAR FLOWERS earrings are a perfect gift for a flower lover. The lightweight, handmade earrings feature artisan made copper flower charms, aqua opaline Czech glass beads, pink rose Czech glass discs, copper and sterling silver. Individually artisan handmade from pure copper, the rounded rectangular shaped charms have a raised six petaled flower design with a textured background. To bring out the design and to add an antiqued look, the slightly convex flower charms were given a dark patina and then polished to bring out the raised floral design. The back of each dangle has an unpolished patina.

Adding subtle color to the earrings design are two types of Czech glass. Just above the flower charms are translucent faceted aqua opaline glass rondelles with an earthy Picasso finish. Since the glass is translucent, the beads glow when the earrings are worn. Two pink rose Czech glass discs cap the aqua beads. They have a metallic gold luster finish that shimmers. A corrugated copper bead sits on top. Sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents finish the unique earrings.
