Item Description

The one of a kind FIERY SPIRALS earrings feature an ancient symbol that represents the journey of life. Extremely eye-catching, the lightweight, handmade earrings were created with artisan ceramic spiral dangles, glittering Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The rustic vibe round charms were individually artisan handmade from black ceramic clay with a raised spiral design. Hand painted, yellow, orange and red glazes seamlessly shade into each other. Given a high gloss finish, the dangles were kiln fired for strength and durability, The back side of each charm is matte black. Since the spiral dangles were individually handmade, they are very similar but also a bit different.

Adding great sparkle and complementing the colors of the spiral charms are Swarovski crystals in a color called “fire opal,” a vibrant orange-red color with yellowish undertones, each a tad different from the other. Six mm and a 4 mm faceted bicones sit above the charms, separated by small square sterling silver beads. Sterling silver French hook earwires accented with a 4 mm fire opal Swarovski crystal finishes the earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog designs, the FIERY SPIRALS earrings were created for the woman who loves ancient symbolism and adores one of a kind artisan jewelry.

Even though man made, crystals (glass) are said to carry the energies of transformation, rebirth and communication. Silver is a metal of love and healing; it is a mirror to the soul, helping us to see ourselves as others see us.
