The fun YEMA KOURE handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for any woman who adores sea turtles! The one of a kind artisan made earrings feature two-sided celadon green glass turtles, glass melon beads, copper and sterling. The turtles were created from premium quality Czech glass in a lovely celadon green with a silky matte finish. The amazing recessed detailing on both sides of the glass is highlighted by a shimmering metallic gold Picasso finish. Because the sea turtle beads are two-sided, the earrings look fabulous from any angle when worn.
Adding unexpected subtle color above each turtle is a Czech glass melon bead. The ribbed melon beads are a combination of translucent medium purple and clear glass, each one a bit different. A very light coating of an aurora borealis finish radiates greens and golds depending on the angle of the light (an effect the photos don’t show well). Sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents finish the unique earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, YEMA KOURE earrings were created for the woman who loves sea turtles (or any turtle) and enjoys wearing unique artisan jewelry! “Yema koure” is Susu for “turtle.”
