Named after the red super giant, the brightest star in the constellation Scorpius, the handmade ANATRES earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for a woman has a fascination with the night sky! The one of a kind earrings feature ruby red Czech glass stars, ruby red Czech glass tri-cut beads, sterling silver bead caps and sterling silver findings. The exquisite five-pointed star beads were made in small batches in the Czech Republic from translucent ruby red glass. To add an aged look, the two-sided stars have a Picasso travertine finish on the edges. Since the glass is translucent, the earrings glow beautifully when worn.

A ruby red tri cut Czech glass bead is found above each star bead. Each bead has three flat cut “windows” that reveal the vibrant red glass. These beads also have a Picasso travertine finish, on the top and bottom of each bead and also to frame each of the three facets. Since the glass is also translucent, they glow amazingly. A sterling silver bead cap with raised granulated dots are found on top of each tri-cut bead. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the lightweight earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the ANTARES earrings are sure to please the woman who loves eye-catching one of a kind star jewelry!
