Looking like exotic meteorites that fell to Earth from outer space, the FELL FROM THE STARS handmade earrings are definitely eye-catching fun! One of a kind jewelry, the earrings feature vintage aurora borealis window-cut glass beads, color-shifting Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. Made in the Czech Republic with a base of translucent capri blue glass, the vintage meteorite-inspired glass beads were acid etched for a slightly textured surface. An aurora borealis coating adds amazing eye appeal: color shifting pinks, purples, blues, yellows and other colors are seen depending on the angle of the light. Eight “windows” faceted into each bead allows them to glow radiantly when the earrings are worn.

Adding even more color-shifting magic, two faceted “medium vitrail” Swarovski crystal bicones are found above each window-cut bead. A kaleidoscope effect is created due to a special finish applied to one half of the crystal. The crystals shimmer with saturated flashes of green, fuchsia, purple, orange, yellow and blue depending on the angle of the light. Faceted silver coated Czech glass beads and sterling silver French hook earwires finish the amazing earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the FELL FROM THE STARS earrings were created for the woman who loves unique artisan jewelry that look like they came from the stars!
