Filled with symbols representing the cycle of life, the HALLOWEEN GOTH skull earrings are perfect for Halloween wear and radiate boho, Goth vibes! The one of a kind, handmade earrings feature artisan pewter skull charms, artisan black lampork glass beads, orange Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The skull charms were artisan designed and individually hand cast from lead free pewter. With cut out eyes, three symbols of the cycle of life are found on each skull: a crescent moon in the left eye, an ivy vine and a lotus flower. The back side of the skulls have a climbing ivy vine design along with the artist’s maker's mark. The pewter has a sheen like vintage sterling silver, MUCH shinier than the photos show.

For Halloween vibes, black and orange were used to complement the skulls. Just above the skulls are artisan made, shiny black lampwork glass beads. Two different sizes of sparkling Swarovski crystal bicones are stacked above the lampwork beads. The color is a rich orange called “jonquil.” Sterling silver ball end earwires finish the earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the HALLOWEEN GOTH skull earrings are a fun jewelry gift for the woman who loves unique skull jewelry with a boho Goth vibe!

Skulls are associated with mortality, and the transient nature of life; wearing skulls is said to ward off evil and ensure protection. Crescent moons represent the cycles of life. Ivy symbolizes life, resilience and immortality. Lotus flowers combine the dual nature of existence, where death and rebirth, darkness and light, and physical and spiritual realms are intertwined. Pewter is believed to be very grounding, bringing the wearer back to reality. Although man made, glass and crystals are said to carry the energies of transformation, rebirth and communication. Silver is a metal of love and healing; it is a mirror to the soul, helping us to see ourselves as others see us.

The HALLOWEEN GOTH skull dangle earrings were carefully designed and handmade in a dog friendly, smoke free studio. They will be carefully packed in an organza jewelry bag with tissue, perfect for gift giving to a loved one . . . or to yourself!
