Christmas Cardinals Earrings, Birds Green Red Handmade Holiday Jewelry
Item Description
A perfect Christmas jewelry gift for a bird lover, the HOLIDAY CARDINALS feature artisan ceramic cardinal dangles, artisan frosted green lampwork glass beads, red Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. Individually artisan made, the dangles were created from white glazed speckled ceramic clay with a permanent ceramic decal. The design is lovely: a mirror-image male red cardinal perched on a holly branch with red berries. A small “epaulet” of holly is found on each wing. After a clear glaze was applied, the charms were kiln-fired at high for long lasting beauty. The back of each charm is also glazed.
Adding more Christmas cheer are green lampwork beads and red Swarovski crystals. The artisan lampwork beads were made from translucent dark green glass with a frosted finish, glowing beautifully when worn. Fine silver dots are wrapped around the middle of each bead. Adding superb sparkle, two faceted Swarovski crystals in rich “light Siam red” were stacked above the green lampwork bead. Sterling silver French hooks with red Swarovski crystal accents finish the fun earrings.
