Vibrant handmade jewelry for the cactus / succulent lover, the CACTUS FLOWERS earrings are real eye-catchers! The one of a kind beauties feature artisan ceramic cactus charms, artisan lampwork glass beads, copper and sterling silver. The dangles were individually artisan crafted from high quality ceramic clay with a speckled white eco-friendly glaze covering the front and back. A cheerful heat transfer decal was added to the front of each: a colorful design of various green cacti and orange flowers in a darker orange terra cottage inspired pot. The cactus charms were kiln fired twice for strength and durability

Perfectly highlighting the hues of orange in the dangles are artisan made lampwork glass beads. The base glass is a lovely medium orange that was wrapped with gold foil while the glass was still molten, each lampwork bead similar but also a bit different. The gold foil is very reflective so some dark areas show up in the photos (reflections of my dark shirt). Rest assured, in real life, the dark spots aren’t there. Sterling silver French hook earwires accented with a small corrugated copper bead finish the earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the CACTUS FLOWERS earrings were created for the woman with a love for cacti and a love for one of a kind artisan jewelry!
