Elephant Earrings Copper Wax Seal Borealis Discs Handmade Jewelry Gift

What a wonderful pair of unique elephant earrings for the woman who adores the captivating, majestic animals! One of a kind jewelry, the INDLOVU earrings were created with artisan copper elephant charms, clear Czech glass discs with a rainbow coating and sterling silver. The round elephant charms were individually artisan handmade from solid copper and styled to look like a rustic wax seal from eons ago. A polished, raised elephant in the middle of each charm is highlighted against a darker oxidized background. The elephants are wearing a jhul, a decorative rug or thick cloth covering, and each faces to the left. The back side of the elephant charms are much smoother than the photo (# 9) suggests. Because of their handmade nature, the elephant charms are similar in design but not exactly the same.
Perfectly highlighting the copper elephant wax seal charms are disc shaped Czech glass beads with an eye-catching aurora borealis finish. Two discs are stacked above each elephant dangle, capped on the top and bottom with oxidized copper daisy spacers. Due to the aurora borealis of the discs, a shifting play of rainbow colors can be seen depending on the angle of the light. To finish the fun elephant earrings, sterling silver French hook earwires with pure copper bead accents are used. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of a kind INDLOVU earrings will make a much-loved jewelry gift for the woman who cherishes the beauty and wisdom of elephants! “Indlovu” is Xhosa for “elephant.”
