Item Description
The PURPLE POWER teardrop earrings are a perfect handmade jewelry gift for the woman who adores lilac / lavender and loves to wear dangles on the smaller side. The one of a kind earrings feature fluted lilac silk Czech glass teardrops, glittering Swarovski crystals, flower filigree bead caps, copper and sterling silver. The fluted teardrops were created from translucent lilac silk glass - they glow beautifully when worn. To bring out the fluting and to add a vintage look, a metallic copper Picasso finish was added which settled in the recessed areas. For even more eye-beauty, a patinated brass bead cap with a filigree flower design is found on the bottom of each teardrop.
Stacked on top of each teardrop, separated by a small copper bead is a mega-sparkle, faceted Swarovski crystal bicone. The color is called “lilac shadow, ” a rich lilac color with a subtle real gold coating that shifts color as the angle of the light changes. Sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents finish the sweet earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the PURPLE POWER teardrop earrings were created for the woman who always has a craving for artisan made purple jewelry!
